Rates and Insurance

Given the current econonmic climate, a sliding fee scale is available on a limited basis. Please feel free to discuss fee arrangemnt with me at the time of intake.

Currently I am not accepting any insurance policies.

I collect the fee from the client at each session. You may pay by check or cash. I provide you with a monthly billing statement or "super bill" which you can then send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of your out-of-network expenses.  Often a PPO will simply ask that you submit the billing statement along with a simple patient claim form completed by you.  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by calling your insurance company's customer service number and asking if they will reimburse you, and if so, what their procedure is.

To make therapy more accessible and affordable, I might suggest a couple other options.  For instance, depending on the nature of the issues you're working on, meeting every-other week can be highly productive.  Some clients traveling further distances may schedule a two-hour session either two times or one time per month.  I will be happy to work with you and draw up a plan that is both effective and affordable.

Cancellation Policy

You must call to cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for that missed session.
